Zazulyk Concrete is built on a family tradition of concrete craftsmanship dating back to 1956, when the company was founded by Peter Zazulyk. For more than 70 years, the Zazulyk family has been pouring concrete, passing down generations of hands-on knowledge, experience, and pride in quality workmanship.

Today, Steve Zazulyk continues the tradition his father started, with a specialized focus on smaller residential concrete flatwork and something that can be difficult to find today: genuine, one-on-one service from an experienced concrete contractor.

Concrete isn't simply a business for the Zazulyk family. It's a trade that has been part of the family for generations.

When we take on your project, Steve Zazulyk, the owner, will personally come to your property whenever possible, or one of our experienced senior managers will meet with you on-site.

We provide a one-on-one consultation to understand exactly what you need, look at the site, discuss your options, answer your questions, and recommend the best approach for your project.

When we decide to take on a client, we take responsibility for that project and give it the attention it deserves.

Many concrete contractors concentrate on large projects. At Zazulyk Concrete, we're intentionally taking a different approach.

We specialize in smaller residential concrete flatwork, particularly traditional broom-finished concrete.
